Company URL: https://porter.in/ Roles and Responsibilities : - Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of Porters products and services - Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant Product Management Boards - Influence profitable growth for assigned Business Vertical.- Oversee the creation and management of pricing models for Business Vertical. - Define and develop communications strategy and plan - Work collaboratively with Analytics, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services - As leader of Product Management, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of our products which you will achieve by defining the strategy and roadmap for each product. - Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements - Provide strategic input into the companys business plan - Keep abreast of latest developments within the industry Skills Required : - Experience as a leader in a product-focused technology business which is driven by quality and customer service - Previous experience leading and developing a product management and marketing function- Previous experience of Internet Services and/or a passion for the Internet and related emerging technologies is essential - Engaging leader who gains buy-in and respect from team/peers - Sound people management skills and experience - Ability to delegate, prioritize and manage a considerable workload - Sound financial and budgetary management and solid commercial acumen - Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.- Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility- Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels and adopt a flexible & consultative approach - The ability to adapt to a changing business and marketplace - Ability to think creatively and exploit business opportunities,
