Job Description

    Hiring For Pre Sales Consultant Job Description
    • Should have Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Customer service.(Edutech/ Insurances/ Banking / Home services . etc)
    • This role will be responsible for handling the customers inquiry and upselling the product and service.
    • This role deals with a number of outbound calls pertaining to the customers requirements.
    • Answer potential clients questions about home improvement products and services.
    • Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
    • The associate should provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the product and service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Generate revenue and make an impact in Lead Conversion, Growth, and Customer Delight.
    • Ability to handle Escalation look for solutions aligned to the Customers perspective and deliver on all commitment and solve customer issues.
    Desired Candidate
    • Should have Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Customer service .(Edutech/ Insurances/ Banking. etc)
    • Candidate should have completed minimum education of 10+2 (PUC / Diploma of 3 years)
    • Should have English fluency plus any regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada)
    • The candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
    • Good spoken English and Writing Skills (Should have proper grammar in language / articulate thoughts appropriately / sentence construction) .
    • Professional & Courteous in mannerismsGood comprehension skills
    • Ability to liaise with customers at all levels
    • Ability to handle and resolve complex customer calls
    Other detail 5 days working (Rotational Off)Shift timings - 10 AM - 7 PM No incentives only variable pay No Transportation - Employees travel on their own.
