Principal Eng Design Enablement (QA/device modeling engineer for for a QA/device modeling engineer for RFSOI/ RF Bulk technologies. Essential Responsibilities: QA for Spectre/HSPICE device models developed in house across technologies spanning 350 nm to 45nm and lower. Development of Infrastructure and testing of the same for other simulators supported by foundry (ADS, Goldengate, AFS etc.) Vendor interaction for all the following tools and related issues. Support for Cadence RelXpert tool. Knowledge of semiconductor physics and application in understanding device data /models. (Diode, Varactor, MOSFET etc.) Knowledge of S - parameters and their application in extracting device models. Interaction with team to resolve discrepancies in the data, model etc. Candidate may also be required to work on Device model extraction. Required qualifications - Education/Experience -
