Qualifications and Experience:M.E / M. Tech in Structures from a recognized University.Chartered Engineer12+ years experience.Work location:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Preparation of Design Reports, Design calculations, loads and stresses related to different structures.Preparation of simple Staad Pro model for design of beams, columns, slab and water retaining structures.Preparation of Excel spread sheet of simple design calculation.Ability to leading a team on various projects in line with client requirement.Provide design input to CAD and co-ordinate with CAD staff for preparation of drawings.Liaison with other team members to produce good design solution as per best design practice.Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.Building a profile in the industry and keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments.Compliance of Arcadis business management system.Health & Safety Management.Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.Good communication skills.Required competencies:Sound technical knowledge, academically good.Familiar with Indian codes, standards and practices related to Structural Engineering.The US and British code will be added advantage.Awareness of software used for Structural Engineering.Basic knowledge of Staad Pro, AutoCAD, Etabs, Robot etc.Good knowledge of Microsoft office.A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure.Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.What do we offer We offer a dynamic challenging job with international focus in a pleasant working climate, attention to education and a competitive remuneration package reflecting the seniority of the role.
