Built on more than 60 years of combined experience and expertise, the company has over 29,000 employees in more than 30 countries and posted revenue of $8.88 billion in 2019.Job Title: Sr./Lead Test DeveloperYour opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical QA engineer with prior experience in automation of end-to-end integration testing and performance testing of mobile and web based system solutions and environments.As a senior member of the SW Solutions department, you will take accountability in overall test coverage and execution for each release, ensuring the quality and stability of releases process and the overall system.You will have end-to-end responsibility for tracking and publishing QA process and status from one environment to another finally resulting in production ready system. You will work with the engineering management and other Team Leads and Technical Leads, to improve and develop the software engineering practices and the working environment.Your main tasks will be:

  • Collaborating with development teams, QA teams and business stakeholders to understand release roadmap and requirements in an agile/SAFe environment
  • Automating functional and performance test cases in Java, JMeter
  • Analyzing in-depth automation and performance test results to outline hotspots in the system
  • Improving existing automation processes, frameworks and test suites
  • Designing test automation frameworks from scratch, if needed
  • Setting up the test infrastructure necessary for automated testing
  • Tracking code quality criteria and stability of systems/code and use them as gate for steps within integration/release process
  • Collecting and analyzing quality metrics, to be used as facts in the Go / No-Go meetings
  • Participating in bug triage meetings with stakeholders and facilitate bug prioritization
Your profile
  • 10 years of overall experience QA of enterprise class systems
  • 5 years as a test automation developer (using Junit, Selenium, Appium and variety of tools) in web front end/backend engineering and mobile applications
  • Domain knowledge of payment industry (mobile wallet), transit (MIFARE) and NFC based communication is a plus. Knowledge of JCOP and GlobalPlatform is a plus.
  • Good understanding of software quality metrics and its impact on system technical stability
  • Good understanding of Development, QA concepts, processes and methodologies in agile/SAFe environment
  • Good understanding Java Development Environment and Ecosystem. J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
  • Good understanding of service oriented, distributed system architecture in modern web environments
