    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for Process Associate / Sr. Process AssociateRoles & Responsibilties :-Location- BangaloreJob DescriptionRole: Understand Customer Issues and Provide Solutions, executestransaction as per the prescribed timelines and follows all predefined procedures with the objective to meet the SLA targets.Mandatory Language Requirement: High Level of Fluency in written ENGLISH, Able to converse and provide Customer support in English through various channelsBasic Operating System Knowledge, Knowledge of E-commerce Products and Services, Good Analytical Ability, Ability to navigate Common user interface elements.Good Reading Skills, Ability to understand ambiguous information, Probe and Consolidate into useable data, communicate to the user in a language the user is most comfortable with (ENGLISH with High-Level Fluency)Required min 50-70 Words per Minute typing speed.Education/ExperienceEducational Requirement: GraduationAn e-commerce Experience is not Mandatory. But should have e-commerce knowledge.Voice: US Accent / HIGH-LEVEL FLUENCY IN ENGLISHWork timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (6 Days Working - Mon-Sat) -WORK FROM OFFICETRANSPORT FACILITY PROVIDEDExperience: 0-5 YearRegards,Team HR
