Liaise with different departments for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests. Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation. Needs to be customer centric and inclined towards delivering excellent customer service. Take responsibility for the execution of shipment lifecycle process including cross functional coordination. Adhere to standardized processes and tasks without compromising customer experience.
