Job Description

    Experience 6-8 yrs with IT hardware procurement min of 3yrs .Education- Masters, MBA preferred.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for the development, implementation, management, and performance of sourcing strategies within IT Hardware Category from spend analysis to category strategy creation and procurement category management to meet business goals and objectives.Perform category management including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract, performance, and risk management.Work with Client s Category Managers to understand the global spend and identify opportunities to increase quality and improve value for money.Identify, head, and oversee complex sourcing IT projects consisting of Hardware and maintenance.Ensure apt stakeholders are involved in IT procurement decision process and stakeholder management.Responsible for developing negotiation strategies, close deals, complete contracting process, resolve disputes.Plan and negotiate organizational broad agreements reducing risk.Plan and execute effective negotiation processes with vendors.Knowledge and comfort in negotiating standard legal terms.Ability to work with management located in other countries and/or time zones.Ability to independently evaluate, assess and initiate action; recognition of positive and negative impacts of actions, decisions, other market forces on business and people.Clearly convey information through a variety of media to stakeholdersStrong influencing and persuasion skills.Demonstrated expert level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Advanced user of excel and pivot tables or equivalent similar tools such as Tableau.Shift- UK & EuropeCompulsory- Work from Office.,
