Assess the storyboards received from the client team Work on Multimedia/Graphic requirements Assess development tool/s and use the right tools to execute the tasks Responsible for final development and delivery of projects and estimate the graphics/multimedia requirement for a course Ensure quality expectations are met Manage team member s performance Communication & Reporting on status and progress Good command over the English language, and should have a good written and spoken communication Sharing the requisite inputs with the team Exposure to effort scoping and team handling Manage the project scope, risks etc. Timely escalation of risks to all the relevant stakeholders (including the management) and design a mitigation plan. Expertise in graphic designing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, After Affects, etc. Should have experience in projects such as those involving Interactives and Animation development, rapid authoring tools, video editing, etc. Experience on using languages like HTML5/XML, CSS Scripting, flash action scripting (desirable), JavaScript (desirable) Expert Knowledge of rapid-authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, etc., is a must.,
