Job Description

Role Summary:

Role of a LOB Trainer is to provide Process Training (Domain level) to respective LOB (Line of Business) at Partner Location (Outsourced Vendor)/ in house trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct New Hire Training Batches
  • Conduct Refresher Training Batches
  • Creation of Process Documents
  • Update Process Manuals
  • Sending Process updates to the operations floor and vendor partners
  • Conducting Fortnightly Online Assessments
  • Analysis of transactions
  • Actioning Cases for Process improvement
  • Maintaining Training MIS
  • Participating in Weekly Case Calibrations with Partners
  • Activation and deactivation of logins for new / agents exiting the process.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Diploma (10 + 2 + 3 / 10 + 3) / Undergraduate (10 + 2)
  • IATA Preferred though not mandatory
  • Ascentify B2 High English skill. Spoken Hindi (neutral accent)

Experience:

  • A minimum of 24 months experience in an Inbound Customer Service environment. Travel BPO preferred
  • Should have spent at least 12 months in the role of a Process Trainer for Online Travel Portal with GDS as the prime competency
  • Excellent knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo GDS systems
  • PNR / Itinerary Creation for Single/Multi Passenger/Sectors
  • Modifying Simple and complex itineraries
  • Revalidation / Re-Issuance of Tickets
