Job Description

  1. Energetic and willing to learn.
  2. Should be ready to work in ERP environment and flexible with Work timings.
  3. Good in time management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines.
  4. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
  5. Should understand the Process implemented related to procurement and able to manage and monitor the same to drive 100% Compliance on the same.
  6. Will be responsible for Stock Auditing and reconciling the same in system. Keeping track of the stock movement across outlets.
  7. Analyzing & updating the Re-Order levels for Retail & consumable products based on seasonality & ensuring 100% alignment on the same on stock ordering.
  8. Responsible for Order reviews & Stock ordering based on Re-order levels determined.
  9. Analyzing Purchase Vs Sales across outlets and rationalize the same to work towards cost Cutting.
  10. Should be aware of stock and inventory at all times, as well as general sales and revenue trends (such as Fast, medium & slow moving products)
  11. Understanding vendor management in terms of registration, price fixing & establishing one pager contracts mutually.
  12. Responsible for sending monthly stock report and ensuring accuracy in margins & % Consumption.
