Overall responsibility:

• The OFE to NE-EM role provides an unique opportunity to experience & blend in the flavors of 6 GBs. Each GB is distinct and has created its own eco system. The prospective applicant can look forward to get a peak into the B2C business of BOSCH Group.
• Supporting RBEI/NE-EM develop and execute the business unit strategy based on #FitForFuture vision of RBEI
• Drive/ Participate cross functional teams within RBEI/NE-EM and across RBEI as part of the RBEI/NE-EM growth strategy
• Support RBEI/NE-EM with business related reports (Financial, Business etc.)
• Ensure yearly calendar is published and executed as planned (Business review, Goal definition, deployment, Quality, HR related etc.)
• Plan and orchestrate weekly meetings/workshops among NE-EM and HoEs and drive the outcomes
• Prepare high quality content-based collaterals and presentations for GLs, partners and associates

Business and strategic responsibility

• Assisting RBEI/NE-EM in all Business related activities and consultant for Technology and Business trends
• Strategize and drive location wise outsourcing topics in RBEI/NE-EM. Alignment of the same with RBEI strategy
• Support in preparation data for decision making in RBEI/NE-EM (Future proofing, Scenario planning, trend analysis, talent pool)

Interfaces and influencing.

• Plan and coordinate agenda for customer visits (VP level and above)
• Meeting Protocol preparations and circulation
• Tracking of Open Points to Closure from Management meetings

External & Internal communications

• Support Internal & External brand building initiatives for RBEI/NE-EM
• Track all external technical events and coordinate those of interest to RBEI
• Preparing customer, internal and external presentations
