Job Description

    We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.Expectations/Requirements:Should be able to put together all requirements for F&O trading communities & have detailed knowledge of products available in the domestic & international markets at all levels of traders.Should be able to visualise & help integrate/ build all such products.Should be able to track business metrics apart from product gaps & opportunities.Good understanding of algo trading & connect with top strategy writers/ platforms is desired.Should be able to drive the entire org strategy for product & business for trading customers.Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:Bachelors degree in engineering or related field from reputed colleges.Should have 8 to 12 years of product management experience out of which minimum 5 years in Trading/ Charting/ Advisory side of F&O markets.Thorough understanding of Option Trading including Option strategies.Product development experience of atleast 1 year plus is desirable.Having worked for startups in such products will be an added advantage.Go Getter with ability to conceptualise & develop successful productsTeam player with the ability to influence & manage cross functional teamsMust have good Analytical skills.,
