PRODUCT MANAGER homepecked. com PRODUCT MANAGER Location: Bengaluru, IndiaThe RoleResponsible for detailing requirements ensuring adoption of Homepecked e- Commerce platform. Position ObjectiveAs a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) , the role requires interaction with the Business heads across Seller development, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing etc. to map their requirements into the e- Commerce platform also ensure that the features of the platform are suitably adopted by these teams. The interaction requires understanding of the implementation environment to collate process requirements, interpret them to business workflows, wireframes UAT scenarios. Subsequently create Implementation scope, Implementation plans and individual tasks within the project plan with responsible delivery parties, ensuring timely deliveries. Lastly, act as the Single Point of Contact with Homepeckeds Vendor Partner responsible for development management of the e- Commerce platform to discuss requirements, development progress lead UAT of releases. Roles and ResponsibilitiesImplementation scope would include understanding implementation environment, interface with existing system for impact analysis / or new developments required. Obtain sign/ off of internal stakeholders (including cost timelines) submit/ obtain sign/ off of Vendor Partner. Convert the implementation scope to a deployment document implementation plan. Maintain project site on MS Project or SharePoint. Track the implementation on daily basis, coordinate meetings call as required. Manage projects spanning requirements gathering, technology development, testing, client delivery and day to day operations and service tasks Manage Project plans and individual tasks within the project plan with responsible delivery parties, ensuring timely deliveries Anticipate and plan for contingencies, set and manage stakeholder expectations Coordinate with multiple departments as well as clients with regards to technical integration and functional implementations Role needs equal emphasis on Project management and Business Analysis Internal Interactions: PMO, Technology teamTechnical Skills: MS Project MS Office Visio/ Balsamic Project Management Preferred to have understanding of SQL (MS SQL, PL SQL etc. ) Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows. Good understanding of software development life cycle. External Interactions: Vendor Partner integrators (Courier Companies, Payment Gateways) etc. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills Problem- solving and analytical skills.
