We at Ads Product are all about making Ads more meaningful & relevant to our users and help drive marketing objectives for our partners/advertisers. Ads is one of the ways Truecaller monetizes the APP, and thus holds a critical role in driving Truecaller revenues. Our scale boasts about: ~4BN Acs Req per day, ~2 BN impressions (globally) per day, thus making Truecaller one of the largest standalone publishers in India and emerging markets like Egypt, North Africa, etc. The ads team is responsible for monetizing Truecaller inventory through ads by offering targeted advertising solutions to our demand partners.Product Features - Display/Video Ads, Audience/Device/Geo/Custom targeting, Roadblocks/CPM/Programmatic.As a Product Manager ,you will be a part of multiple product initiatives to build the entire Ads stack including:
  • Adserver
  • Ad Network
  • Open Auction mediation
  • Video Ads
  • Performance Ads
What we expect from you:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience
  • 4+ years of AdTech domain experience with exposure to Product Management, Business, and Engineering coordination, and Ad Operations.
  • Experience with ad tech: Ad Networks, RTB, PMP, and Video Ads
  • Integration with third-party platforms (API, SDKs, Programmatic) to drive programmatic ad monetization.
  • Integration with SSPs, DSPs, Exchanges & Data Platforms.
  • Assurance of Brand-Safety Measures & Data Compliances.
  • Experience working and executing effectively in a global environment.
  • Exposure to DMPs and related Audience Management/Targeting features.
  • Exposure/Knowledge on emerging technology standards like Header bidding.
  • Ability to play and juggle various roles Product, Business Coordination, Ad Ops, Revenue tracking-reporting, and finance coordination.
  • Experience in writing PRDs/Wireframes/familiarity with agile product development
  • MBA (Preferred but not Mandatory)
What will you work on
  • Execute on product roadmap; drive execution through all stages of the product lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
  • Drive Go-To-Market process in collaboration with engineering and ad ops to drive adoption of your products.
  • Evangelize your products with groups and your global stakeholders.
  • Guide engineering judiciously, Actively manage trade-offs, and be a key part of your products agile team including user experience design.
  • Speak to customers and partners regularly to get feedback and creatively get competitive insights.
It would be great if you also have:
  • Exposure to Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Analytics.
