    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forProduct Manager - Strategy & RoadmapRoles and responsibilities :- Identify potential products needs related to the cataloguing and content industry- Define the companys product roadmap to assist business outlook and planning- Undertake market research, gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer engagement- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed- Work with marketing teams to ensure the ROI is within the expected range- Bring Evidence-Based Decision-Making to communication- Be Able to Say - No,- with explanation- End to end product ownership- Own PRDs, JIRA tickets, etc and drive tech and engineeringThe role is evaluated on:- Successful product planning and launch with measurable business impact- Enhancement of existing product as per business needs- InnovationLevel :The Role is in the Technology team, reporting directly to the directors of the company.Competencies needed :- Proven work experience of 8+ years in internet based (SaaS, consumer and enterprise, PaaS) product management- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done- Project management with financial planning and strategy, managing standard project management metrics, budgets and estimates- Reporting effectivelySkills needed :- Engineering graduate with an MBA- Strong problem solving skills- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Detail and process oriented with the skills to present using dataRegards,HR Team
