I. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE . Developing partnerships with external parties/vendors to generate additional business . Relationship management with key stakeholders in smooth functioning of business II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Fintech partnerships & Integration . Identify potential Fintech partners by doing market research . Establish relationships with potential channel partners, including dealerships, retail outlets, and digital platforms . Participate in negotiations and setting up collaborations with Fintech companies . Coordinate with internal stakeholders & IT team to get relevant approvals and ensure smooth on-boarding of vendor through system integration . Manage relationships with key accounts & vendors 2. Strategy & planning . Develop and implement strategies for new channel expansion . Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities targeting new channels 3. Lead management & conversion . Responsible for growing the share of business through digital channels . Responsible for training the sales team about the new process & benefits . Responsible for tracking & monitoring of leads through digital channels . Responsible for publishing regular MIS for reporting & follow ups 4. Electric Vehicle funding initiatives . Conduct market research on the electric vehicle industry to identify funding opportunities . Develop and propose new loan products tailored to electric two-wheeler customers . Collaborate with electric vehicle manufacturers and dealers for promotional and partnership opportunities 5. Compliance & Risk management . Ensure all channel development activities comply with relevant regulations, and internal policies . Collaborate with the compliance & Risk team to assess and mitigate risks associated III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Educational Qualifications PGDM/MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 college preferred Work Experience . Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales/product with good knowledge of banking products . Experience in managing digital lending channels, fintech integrations, key accounts management etc. . Experience in implementing IT projects & channel integration Functional Skills . Knowledge of vehicle finance products [not mandatory] . Good Analytical skills [excel, Power BI etc.] Behavioral Skills . Good Interpersonal Skills . Good Communication Skills . Achievement/Performance oriented IV.
