Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team and ScrumMaster to build an exceptional product. Effectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes. Creates the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of a particular domain being developed. Being knowledgeable of Agile and Scrum practices., creates and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria and the product backlog for each sprint. Actively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements. Empowers the Delivery Team to determine work load for each sprint. Provides clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements. Participates in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning and retrospectives) as required. As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Responsible for supervision/management of an IT function/site/corporate operation. Day today functional management of the organization, to include performance management, training/developing, forecasting/reporting, and budgeting/expense control. Set future direction and plans. Ensures operation meets basic user, headcount, and quality guidelines. Represent operation. Provide training program. Provide day today operational reporting/tracking indicators. Requires advanced knowledge of a highly technical or professional field. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. The IT InfoSec Digital Identity and Access Management team is looking for a proven Agile Product Owner/Manager ready to join forces with technical/business partners and key stakeholders across the enterprise to lead the Azure Active Directory delivery team in support of its mission to deliver highly secure IDaaS Platform that align with the needs of our business partners and company objectives. The Product Owner would manage the set of features through the complete product life cycle of Directory and Authentication Engineering, from defining new requirements together with customers, to creating the prototypes, to launching the new features with customers in production, and taking care of product support and maintenance. He or She will also be the people manager for the team and should be people oriented, able to grow people and develop careers, hire, train, performance manage and build the team. Be customer-obsessed, and a mix of technical, business and UX know-how for team. By believing in a lean startup approach to product development, stay focused on a constant cycle of feedback, and aim to bring the most value to customers with minimal effort. Has hands on experience creating Identity and Access Management solutions and understanding of Authentication Flows, Adaptive Authentication and User Management. Social person with great communication skills and the talent to motivate people in the right direction. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Computer Science. Experience in Agile/SCRUM framework for product development. Product Owner certification. Track record of delivering Cloud-based IT management solutions. Stakeholder management and ability to prioritize. 3+ years of experience as a people manager and leader of team. Deep IDM/AAA/Security knowledge particularly with Active Directory, Azure AD, RadiantOne VDS. Good to have Sailpoint IIQ and Quest ARS knowledge. Technical Knowledge in end-to-end http flows across all infrastructure components and Apache, Tomcat, RDBMS, LDAP, JBoss, Splunk. Technical Knowledge of security protocols such as PKI, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect. Strong Engineering mindset with ability to ramp up understanding of new technology. Proven track record of progressive product management experience in security, and experience with multiple security platforms/solutions. Enjoy working complex systems but have the ability to simplify the implementation. Must possess the skills to deliver clear business roadmaps, product strategy, and drive compliance for the products. Strong skillset to analyze business process, articulate the to-be process and break down deliverables into achievable features and user stories for the team. Strong stakeholder management skills to drive and align prioritized features with key business/IT stakeholders/suppliers. Skills to create a vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system, business needs, users, market research, competitors and future trends. Proven communication skillset to provide clarity in ambiguous situations. Work experience in a global environment. Information Security experience and certifications. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of product management tools and methodologies such as Agile Project Management (Rally/JIRA). Highly motivated and solution oriented. Can understand the technical complexity of the features in the backlog, without any costing input from developers/engineers Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills and the ability to work well within a diverse, geographically distributed, multi-cultural environment Experience working under tight and unpredictable deadlines. 3+ years of experience in product development (advantage).
