SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Product Specialist position is part of the Transactional EdgeLine of Business within Schneider Electric Secure Power Division and is a memberof the Rack Edge System Offer Management Team. This global role willfocus on product lifecycle management, market intelligence collection and Launchprocess coordination to grow and promote business for Rack and Edge systems
This role will work with variousfunctional teams within the organization, and with partners and customers topromote our offers and achieve results. The role is involved in coordinating seniorlevel meetings, workshops as well as seminars to promote Edge solution offersinternally and externally, including efforts with strategic customers.
Through market analysis ontrends/disruptions, this position will provide input to the strategic directionfor the company. This requires commercial as well as technical skills and theability to work in a cross-functional process driven global organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Specialist Rack EdgeSystem
Product Information Management:
Lead the Data Management process of Rack Edge Systems using the various Offer Creation Tools (PIM Process for Sku Creation process and Sku Management)
Support Launch Process for key offer Releases (ELLA Process)
Market Analysis :
Conduct regularly the competitive analysis of Rack Edge System offer and identify the needs for offer enhancement to keep the offer competitive and monitor cost trend
Conduct Win / Loss Analysis
Customer Experience:
Gather insights from our customer personas and by applying consistent practices to support a consistent customer experience and a seamlessly integrated customer journey.
Conduct regularly VOC
Drive creation and management of solution design, configuration tools, digitized Service to propose a Best in Class Experience to our Customers
Offer Creation :
Execute offer creation Projects to meet customers demands, in coordination with all TE Teams (Engineering, Industrialization, Category Management, Marketing, Quality)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Engineeringgraduate (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) with experience in Marketing orBusiness Development. MBA a plus Overallmin 10- years of professional experience with a focus on marketing, productmanagement, business development and similar techno- commercial roles; experiencein working with channel Go- To- Market a plus Internationalwork experience and flexibility to work with global teams in various timezones, the role requires frequent domestic and international travel KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - REQUIRED: Knowledgeof Edge customer application needs and challenges in data center and industrialapplications Strongquantitative, analytical and organizational skills Abilityto work in dynamic international environment and manage through influence Abilityto handle multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasksin a fast- paced work environment.
