1) Develop expertise on in- house applications.
2) Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
3) L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
4) Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle
5) Package install, upgrades in different environments
6) Co- ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.
7) Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
8) Support L3 team during implementation.
This role involves 24*5 rotational shifts supporting internal customers (within the organization) and On- Call support.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 03 yrs experience in L2 Application Support
ITIL foundation certification
Good oral and written communication skills
Currently providing L2 support for applications developed on ASP.net, C#, VB Script, Java Script , SQL server
