Key Purpose of the Job:The Product Technical Specialist is responsible for providing pre-sales consulting services to prospective customers/ channel partners. The role holder recommends appropriate technical solutions for prospects based on their requirements and specifications. The role holder provides post-sales technical support to end customers as required. Designing and delivering technical training programs to channel partners is critical to the role. The role holder also provides technical support and guidance to the Business group and Sales team for assigned products.Educational Qualification / Experience required:- Engineering graduate in CS/ IT/ EEE / ECE - Experience of around 3 to 6 years as a pre-sales consultant for Security products - Should possess necessary technical certifications (for example, CISSP, SSCP, CSA / LPT, CCSE) - Hands on experience in installation / implementation of security products - Must have experience in troubleshooting and technical support - Good communication skills and customer focus required - Should be able to design and deliver technical training programsKey Responsibilities:1. Responsible for providing technical pre-sales consulting for prospective customers/ Channel partners for assigned products/ business 2. Responsible for providing post-sales support to customers/ Channel partners for assigned products/business 3.
