Assist in installation of new & reinstallation of existing OSD development equipments & set up the upcoming OSD lab
. Maintenance of equipments & their accessories, like tablet compression machine, Carver press, tablet tooling, capsule filling machine, bin blender, turbula mixer, co-mill, induction sealer, blister packaging machine, blister leak tester, tablet deduster, tablet/capsule weight sorter, sonic sifter, weighing balances, stability chambers, disintegration tester, friabilator, tablet hardness tester, tap density tester, powder flow tester, sieves, trays, etc.
Maintenance of OSD Lab as per best laboratory practices, including: o Availability of consumables (PPEs) & lab supplies (Tyvek suits, respirators, etc.), o Maintenance of stock for in-use excipients, packaging material, etc. within the lab from central stock, o Ensure general functioning of lab, including LAF and recommended environmental conditions, to ensure smooth usage of equipments therein.
