Job Title Professional, Statistical Analysis What does a great Analytics Professional do at Fiserv Fiserv is looking for a talented analytical professional who plays a crucial role in an organization by leveraging their skills and expertise to extract valuable insights from data, enabling data-driven decision-making and contributing to the organizations success. Using product knowledge, subject matter expertise and technical skills, you will provide the highest level of service to resolve the client/customers issues.What you will do:
• Carry out end to end delivery including requirements, solution design, analysis, modeling and business recommendation.
• Must have a solid understanding of business drivers and how data is used to inform and drive decisions and behaviors.
• Responsible for conducting complex analysis using statistical and other quantitative techniques.
• Expert in applying statistical methods & Techniques like Regression, Sampling techniques, hypothesis, Segmentation, Time Series Analysis, Multivariate Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling
• Ensure delivery of the project as per timelines
• Associate would work closely with stakeholder to develop risk models and analytics solutions as applicable.
• Manage communication and stakeholder expectations.
• Hands on experience of statistical tools like Python, SAS, R. Good knowledge of ML techniques is desirable.
• Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Communicate validation findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through written reports or presentations.
• Collaborate with the model development team to provide feedback and recommendations for model improvements based on validation results.
What you will need to have:
• Bachelor s degree in Statistics/mathematics or equivalent qualification
• 3 -6 years of experience in solving business problems by applying advanced statistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in developing business presentations
What would be nice to have:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding hypothesis testing, and validation methodologies.
• Experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present validation results in a clear and meaningful way.
