• At least 5 years of experience developing e-learning modules.
• The person should have very strong conceptualisation skills, visual sense & aesthetics.
• Develops courses, web sites and/or learning modules using course management software, web authoring tools, and eLearning technologies to meet strict timelines.
• Modifies and enhances existing module design through the use of current and emerging technologies.
• Applying adult learning theory, human-centred design, and instructional design to the development of learning solutions that meet client needs.
• Should be familiar using agile project management techniques
• Must have experience working on projects where the professional has developed elearning modules for major transformation projects such as ERP implementation (SAP HANA, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Successfactors, etc) , Org Redesign, and others.
• Good communication skill and ability to multitask. The person should have the proper understanding of client instruction and ideate independently whenever required.

Requirements
• Should have a design Bachelors/Master s degree, preferably from an established college.
• Effective communications, background of handling international clients on large scale projects or engagements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an e-learning developer.
• Work experience in Big 4 or other consulting firms will be of added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
