    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PMP, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.Resource Planning for multiple concurrent Chip development projects across multiple sites, multiple technology nodes, and across multiple market segments.Accurate forecast of resource requirements, gaps analysis and ensuring actuals closely track the forecast are key result areas. Implement automation to ensure accuracy and reduce turnaround timeWeekly reporting of Ops highlights and plans to site leads, Engineering department leads and executive managementGenerating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills requiredHands-on expert knowledge of MS Office is required.Scripting and coding skills required (preferably PowerBI, Python will be a plus)Excellent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Python is PlusPrince 2 Certification and PMP certification is mandatoryPlan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timelineDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and other project documentation as requiredMonitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaborationIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliveryEnsure that project quality standards are met or exceeded, and that project deliverables are fit for purposeLead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support as requiredManage project budgets and resources, ensuring that they are utilized effectively and efficientlyEnsure that project governance and compliance requirements are met, including adherence to company policies and procedures, and relevant regulations and legislationEducation Requirements Required:Bachelors Degree (Preferably Electrical/Computer Science Engineering)PreferredQualifications:Experience in Semiconductor domain (not mandatory)
