RESPONSIBILITIES Own the end-to-end delivery responsibilities of large solution implementations involving multiple solutions and phases Manage customers implicit and explicit business requirements and ensure that they are addressed within the E2open solution footprint Manage scope of work and any service change requests rigorously Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules using the E2open delivery methodology Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issues affecting the delivery of customer expectations Communicate individual roles and project expectations, and serve as a single point of contact for the project Motivate and mentor the project teams and ensure they get the right direction to execute the project based on the agreed scope, timeline and budget Track and provide regular status updates on project deliverables and progress to all stakeholders Act as a change agent to build a culture of a continuous improvement Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business functions, projectstakeholders and senior leadership team Coordinate and facilitate effective meetings Drive resolution to key decisions and actions needed REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE 4+ years of project management experience in a customer-facing role Been part of at least 1 large-scale enterprise solution implementation and has exposure to all phases of project delivery Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional ability to listen Positive, customer focused attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations Proven change and stakeholder management skills Demonstrates ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization Demonstrates good reasoning skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsREQUIRED EDUCATION Degree in an IT, Engineering, Business or related fields from a recognized university/institute Project management certification (e.g. PMP or equivalent) preferred,
