  • Role :Program/Project Manager
  • Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
  • Must Have Skills :Oracle Banking Platform (OBP)
  • Good To Have Skills :Agile Development Estimating,Java Enterprise Edition
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a Resource manager for a team of 80 people which involves programmers, developers, Devops engineers, service management b Responsible for resource hiring, planning, evaluations, skill improvements and team building c Production support experience managing green delivery across the year ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met d Single Point of Contact for the offshore team and will interface with the onshore on a regular basis responsible for seamless coordination between onshore and offshore delivery teams
      • Technical Experience : 1: Responsibilities A: Resource should have knowledge in plan, coordinate, manage and lead activities of a team of Functional analysts to achieve targeted delivery plan B: Responsible for Business and Functional Analysis tasks for Oracle Banking Platform C: Work with stake holders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to Business processes, policies and information systems D: Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery life cycle to meet business
      • Professional Attributes : A: Should have OBP experience in OBP 6 years B: Should have experience in SQL C: Should have experience in ADF
    • Additional Information : Oracle Banking platformTechnical functional, Banking Domain expertise
