Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems., Primary Skills:We re looking for a talented, principal level administrator to advance our database administration and engineering teams. This is a very technical role, spending the majority of the time as an administrator and contributor to the successful delivery of services by this team, and the other time mentoring, innovating and leading. This person should be capable of leading their team by example and by contribution. They should be great teammate who loves collaborating with others, and others should love to work with them as well. This role requires a love of learning, problem solving, and the ability to guide a team towards implementing architectures and solutions that perform at cloud-scale. As a technical leader this person will also provide guidance and mentorship to team members.Must have a wide range of technical skills that include the following:-In depth knowledge in Oracle 11i/R12 Architecture / administrationProvide database solutions as DB DBA for all databasesHandle complex environmentsDrives continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality across all database platformsEvaluate and help develop long-term strategic goals for all enterprise database environmentsDesign and implement redundant systems, policies and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assetsConduct research and make recommendations on database products, services, protocols and standards in support of infrastructure and development effortsEstablish appropriate end-user database access controls, best practices and perform transaction and security auditsMentor and provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced DBAsInstallation, Cloning, Patching and monitoring of Oracle APPS Release 12.1.x, 12.2.x. and Database 10g/11g/12cGood knowledge in Dataguard , RAC , ASM and RMANGood knowledge in Oracle Application Server .Good knowledge on WeblogicGood troubleshooting skill in Apps Release 12.1.x, 12.2.x. environmentExperience with Unix/Linux including basic commands and basic shell scripting.Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsGood communications skills - written and verbalTechnical Leadership and Strategic Direction to the Team.Secondary & Automation Skills:Basic knowledge in any one software programming like Python, Shell scripting, PERLBasic knowledge on any one Web development, languages like HTML, CSS, Jscript, REST framework etc., will be an added advantageSolution-oriented and creative thinker.Other Details:Excellent team playerEffective negotiation skillsStrong communication skillsStrong customer management skillsWilling to learn new applicationsQuick learner who adapts to new technology.Committed to studying and meeting the needs of business users.
