, *Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline is desired.
• 7+ years experience as a SharePoint Lead in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
• Strong understanding and working experience with different versions of SharePoint like 2010/2013/2016/Online.
• Must have strong work experience in Power Platforms (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Knowledge in Sharepoint page customization using HTML, CSS, Javascript and experience using Content editor webpart, Modern script editor webpart and understanding of all OOTB webparts.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath forms, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
• Customizing the SharePoint Online List Forms, View Forms using JSON.
• Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyse the SQL data is desired.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus.
• Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with SharePoint s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile Services, Term Store Management.
• Must have done the migration of workflows using the third-party tools like Sharegate, Metalogix etc
• Strong organization skills and ability to priorities, plan and multitask work assignments.
• Microsoft MCPD 70-576, SharePoint 2013/2016 Designing and Developing Applications certification is a plus but not required.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and able to read and write in English.

Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities.

• Possess leadership skills and ability to be led in a manner that is healthy to our positive and productive work environment.
• Work in a collaborative team setting to support our clients and help solve their business problems through analysis of existing user interfaces, applications, and processes.
• Work closely with the user and stakeholders to analyse and determine detailed requirements as they relate to SharePoint solutions.
• Develop out of box and custom solutions in SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps, etc. to build tailored solutions for our clients on SharePoint Online.
• Lead development efforts for full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through design, coding, implementation, and solution roll-out.
• Work with stakeholders and end-users to collect and document requirements and feedback to inform development opportunities. Proactively socialize risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Determine the most effective SharePoint solutions architecture and address identified business requirements.
• Review existing SharePoint architecture, identify deficiencies, and develop solutions.
• Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.
