    Project LeadExp- 5 to 9 yrsLocation- BangaloreNp- 15days to ImmediateTo be responsible for the Operations, Maintenance and managing the development/integration of applications in Engineering & PLM Solutions.He/ She will need to follow the software development & operations processes by using dedicated tools and ensuring the on-time, quality delivery of software releases independently.Qualification & ExperienceEngineering graduate with 5-9 years of experience in managing software development.3-5 years on software/tool development in any technology2-4 years on project management2-4 years of business process analysis1-2 years of subcontractor management experience1-2 years of experience in the area of bespoke and COTS applications management.Certification in ITIL and Waterfall / Agile/ SAFe project methodologiesExperienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationallyExperienced in working within a product delivery lifecycleSoftware quality management awareness.Hands -on experience in programming languageExperience in working in Authentication and encryption technologiesPaaS technologies such as openshiftDevops tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, JFrog Artifactory, VersionOne, Sonarqube etc.Environment:Windows and Unix/Linux operating systemMPP (Project Management)ServiceNowGoogle WorkspaceResponsibilities:Bespoke and COTS Application Release and Configuration Management in Windows and Linux Environments.Stakeholder management between Business, License procurement/Management team, Application Integration team, Packaging Team.Application Lifecycle Planning/Management : Deployment, Maintenance, Support and Retirement Planning.Application Version Access Request/Approval Management.Define, set up and manage a project / programme structure to achieve the project / programme targets. He/she defines, uses and sustains resources, and supports team development with the appropriate competences, over the project lifecycle.Prepare and maintain documentation describing configurations and procedures for performing installations. Maintaining the first-time-right approach is a must.Requirements Management:Organize workshops (Dev team / Business / Process Owner / Key users)Review / Write /Classify Requirements / SpecificationManage Project Backlog (Functional / Non-Functional Requirements)Manage Functional Support within agreed SLA / OLAEstablish suitable stakeholder networks and manage them effectively.Manage and monitor partners & subcontractors. He/she manages contractual relationships (in partnership with Procurement) to successfully ensure the delivery on time, cost & quality with relevantpartners. He/she ensures products are delivered meeting the expected business value.Champion Software Quality Management principles in routine work.Roadmap Management, Deployment Planning / Coordination & Regular Status ReportingManage required Resources / MeansCreate, maintain and review Process Documentation / SupportProvide proactive and reactive Operational SupportIdentify, assess risks and opportunities in his/her area of duty. He/she identifies and prioritizes events that might negatively/positively affect the programme/ process/ function objectives and he/she categorizes them. He/she takes corrective and preventive actions accordingly.Identify, tailor, optimize and apply relevant processes, methods and tools according to the type of programme/ project (size, context, complexity, etc.). This includes any agile methodologies (agile scrum or scaled agile: SAFE, scrum of scrum, etc.), and also the context of hybrid projects, where the successful integration of multiple work packages developed applying different methodologies is needed.He/She must work closely with business partners and key contacts, including their business models & operations, addressing major challenges and the resulting expectations and needs.Adapt and use multiple forms of communication styles to ensure that all people/stakeholders are willing and able to follow common objectives. He/she negotiates & influences using reasoned advocacy in order to gain buy-in as well as using facilitation techniques to manage situations of conflict. He/she uses flexible and adaptable working styles to build and develop effective cross-functional team work. He/she interacts with people of different cultural backgrounds in a constructive manner to achieve commonly accepted project results.Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead adaptation of old technology into new technologies.He/She shall be willing to work in European Shift Times when needed(upto 10.30 PM IST in Summer and 11.30 PM IST in winter.)Success MetricsSuccess will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to;Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality of the projectsBring innovative cost effective solutionsAchieve customer satisfaction
