Job Description

    Project Manager - GrowthWhat will this role do - Working closely with the SEO Team and making sure deliverables are completed on time- Working closely with the marketing team and work as a bridge between multiple businesses to get users on the platform- Finding new initiative/partnerships to get users on the platform- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders in the company to make sure targets are met- Your work involves thinking about ideas and then executing them. It is 20% ideation and 80% execution.- You have to ensure that your strategies for acquisition are actually working at scale- Working closely with leaders of 2 hyper-growth business units and making sure their supply acquisition needs are met- Leveraging the current base of 2 crore candidates registered on the WorkIndia platform to churn out more and more relevant leads- Coming up with out-of-the-box strategies for acquisition through referrals, partnerships, product changes, remarketing etc.What will success look like in the next 6 months:- Grown the number of leads/downloads to 2x of current levels, by establishing a sustainable channel of acquisitin- 2x increase in the SEO Traffic- Achieving targets of getting users on the platform with digital marketing- Successful Partnerships to increase user base substantially ideal profile for this role:- Candidate should possess good data orientation and ability to create processes- Should be Super High On Execution, and be able to think Out of box if stuck- Should be high on ownership, hands-on execution, hungry for growth and a do-what-it-takes attitude- Should be BTech from top institutes- Should have total 3 years of experience after graduation / MBA- Should have worked in a consulting firm or startups - Should be ready to relocate to BangaloreWhats in it for you - Work with a highly-purpose driven team, focus on providing meaningful livelihoods to 23.7 blue collar individuals- Experience a strong culture which values 100% transparency, ownership & autonomy- At WorkIndia, no one is an employee, everyone is an owner and will be given responsibility accordingly- You get to work in a high execution, do what-it-takes attitude team.- You will get a free hand for execution as long as it makes sense.- You will get to explore a new dimension of possibilities and chance to do things that were never done before,
