Summary of the Job: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning , coordinating , and implementing projects within the decided - upon budget , timeline , and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders , clients , or project team members. They will be required to do overall project management , oversee scope , planning and ensuring project delivery across the organization. Experience: 5 10 years Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in a technical field is preferred Desired Certification: PMP or PRINCE , CAPM , ITIL Skill Sets: Exposure to leading project management tools would be an added advantage Preferred experience in IT Service Delivery with focus on critical timelines Streamlining project delivery process in a small to mid - sized organization Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies Develop project plans , status reports , and associated documentation , ing appropriate project management methodology Set project timeline for on time delivery and monitor project deliverables Update client and relevant stakeholders on the project progress Coach and support project team members with meeting the brand commitments Delivering High level Customer satisfaction scores Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements. Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring timely delivery of high - quality deliverables Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track project performance , specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long - term goals. Preparing status reports by gathering , analyzing and summarizing relevant information. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
