Project Manager This person with 1015 years of experience of Managing Multiple Projects shall manage the successful implementation of assigned software development projects efficiently and effectively in compliance with the SS QMS and WRI effort allocation. Manage the external interfaces ensuring the complete satisfaction of the customer. Maximise profitability. Identify skill needs and secure resources, build and line manage an effective team ensuring consideration for staff development needs. Provide internal and external status reporting; manage risks and issues to ensure success. Support the bid process with Project Management expertise to secure new/ repeat business. Skills Essential Experience of Managing Multiple Projects at a time. Exposure to Embedded Systems Should have handled a team of 3040 Resources and look into the Job Assignment, Training, career development, performance management, Communication & bonding of team members. Should be with 1015 years of experience (with at least 3 years as a Project Manager). Experience in Interacting closely with Customer for Deliveries, Issue Resolution, and New Opportunities etc. Good awareness of the safety domain. Process oriented and proven delivery management capabilities. Good knowledge in project estimation and Planning. Knowledge on following will be added advantage Technical Skills Ada; C; C++ UML; ARTISAN Rational rose; Rhapsody RTRT; AdaTest; LDRA; CANTATA Non Technical Skills Configuration Management tools; Project Management tools; Requirement Management tools . Exposure/ Experience in Safety standards like DO178B; CENELEC EN50128 etc.,
