Job Description

Author content for proposal responses and align as per the win themes specific to the opportunity/client/industry
Gather/assess customer requirements from the RFX documents and validate against the responses
Work with the solution team to develop an understanding of business needs and map against the requirements
Participate, as required, in development of Executive Summary document
Effectively communicate and articulate the details of solution component in the proposed solution
Participate in pursuit kick-off calls, status/review conference calls and meetings as required
Proof read proposal documents as per internal style guide to help maintain consistency in language and proposal/presentation response flow
Do primary level of formatting of documents, tables, and figures
Collaborate with SMEs/other stakeholders to create and author the latest and relevant content
Help create proposal artifacts during Orals and client visits
Build a knowledge base of reusable content from the submitted proposals
Participate and drive knowledge management activities
Develop content for capability documents, white papers, client files, case studies, etc.
