The QA Automation Engineer Manager will report to the Development Manager with oversight of the full QA strategy for the platform and have responsibility as our Scrum Master as we build out the team.Responsibilities & Deliverables:Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:Oversight of full QA strategy for the platformCoordination with development team(s) on automation strategyDrive innovation and streamline overall testing processOversee development of end-to-end integration testing plans with other product teams within FinastraResearch new tools, technologies and testing processesImplement new testing methodologies where applicableDevelop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readinessEnsure test cases and plans are documentedEnsure all test progress and results are documentedAbility to work as part of a teamResponsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodologyArrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate/schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.Required Experience:Bachelors degree in software design, engineering or computer science, or equivalent experienceExperience in managing a team, either directly or indirectly to achieve specific deliverablesKnowledge of various QA methodologiesExperience in automating testing on cloud based solutionsExperience with R3s Corda platform a plusStrong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban , XP, etc.,
