Job Description

    Details for Quality - Data Analyst Role.
    1. Engineer transaction-based Auditing on process adherence and compliance.
    2. Process Training
    3. Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from audits to executive team.
    4. Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
    5. Spot areas for improvements via Data Analytics.
    6. Organizes, creates, and maintains project & product documentation to help our business users
    7. Experience in working with a cross functional leadership team, project teams
    8. Awareness of Document Management Systems/Content Management Systems (DMS/CMS)
    9. Process reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
    10. Archive master files and iterative versions for record retention purposes.
    11. Balance conflicting demands to support expected work as well as urgent requests.
    Education and Experience Required: Typically, a technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years relevant work experience in designing responsive content preferably in supply chain business domain Requisite Skills for the role:
    • Excellent writing skills including precise use of language for clear explanations and instructions
    • Analytical approach to problem solving and mindset.
    • Excellent attention to detail and drive for completeness in all content created
    • Strong collaboration skills and experience in working with product and software development teams
    • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
    • New age documentation through the use of videos, walk-through content etc
    • Independently follow designs and standards to develop and deliver conceptual, how-to, and API reference docs
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    Desirable:
    • Experience in enterprise software
    • Exposure to six sigma concepts (if a candidate has a green belt certificate this will be good to have)
    • Quality certification like COPC or related ISO certifications applicable in ITES Environment.
    • Exposure in using LEAN tools like PICK Chart, Affinity Diagram, Fishbone Analysis etc.
    • Project Management certification (Good to have)
    • Exposure to AI / Big data / Analytics
    • Ability to write example code in at least one of the following programming languages: SQL, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, Java, C#, Python, C++, or Go is a plus
