Job Description

Development of the vehicles key attributes and its sign off tests to meet key project milestone deliverables.

  1. Leads the resolution of cross functional technical conflicts and engineering issues.
  2. Driving the team in the planning and build of its prototype vehicle fleet and their technical sign off.
  3. Vehicle level bench marking.
  4. Vehicle architecture finalization.
  5. Packaging of various aggregates.
  6. Coordinate DFA, DFS & DFMEA & concerns resolutions.
  7. Complete VLO (Vehicle layout assessment for assembly, serviceability etc.), highlight issues & recommend
  8. Leader who can deliver on the primary responsibility of creating the end product
  9. Provide innovative products at competitive costs, along-with increase in the speed of innovation.
  10. Ability to identify high-risk/high-return technologies, make them accessible, and integrate them into existing or new products and solutions
  11. A proven track record of introducing new business models
  12. Robust experience in software engineering.
  13. Excellent Strategist & Innovator who is well versed in Change Management
