Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Design wiring harness fro various applications such as automotive, EV, ICE, medical devices, IOT devicesDevelop 3D CAD models routing of harness and 2D Manufacturing drawing using UG_NX electrical routing module.Estimate the wiring harness cost based on the component and manufacturing costHave an in-depth understanding of the sample productions (crimping, cable processing, soldering)Have thorough knowledge on automotive High voltage and low voltage connectors and connectors for non-automotive applicationsGood knowledge of different wire types for high voltage and low voltage and IOT applicationsImplementation of quality tools to product development- DRBFM, FMEA,Liaise with internal functional stakeholders, to ensure alignment of expectations and needs.Liaise with external suppliers, to ensure design for manufacture feedback is incorporated.Support validation/testing teams with the fixture/jig designs and testing of components.,
