Recruitment Executive | Vmoksha Vmoksha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an IT Services Company headquartered in Bangalore , India. Vmoksha is also building competencies in the emerging technologies like Augmented Reality , Big Data , and Machine Learning.Position Summary The Recruiter is responsible for the end to end recruiting activities for assigned functions , securing quality talent as expeditiously as possible. This will be achieved by developing and executing appropriate sourcing strategies and recruiting plans and applying creative and resourceful ideas as needed. The Recruiter ensures attracts and hires the best talent and maintains a pipeline of qualified talent. Also will maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure hiring goals are met.Key Responsibilities Works with hiring manager to document requirements for job openings as required opening requisition(s). Drives interview process , discussions , and debriefs with interviewers and hiring managers. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Works with agencies and / or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns; provides performance feedback on all recruiting agencies / sources. Creating and managing an amazing candidate experience throughout the entire interview and offer process Providing daily support for your candidates that will span simple check - ins to interview preparation Offer negotiation and closing Required Skillset Hands - on experience with various selection processes (phone interview , reference check etc.) Familiarity with candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Hands - on experience with recruiting software and job boards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision - making skills Costumer service orientation , ability to create trustful relations Strong leadership and influential skills Required Qualifications / Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required0 - 3 years of experience in recruitment filed,
