  • Role :Cloud Operations Administrator
  • Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/showback operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.
  • Must Have Skills :Red Hat OS Administration
  • Good To Have Skills :Linux Operating System
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Unix Administration with Strong knowledge on RHEL, HPUX, Puppet, Scripting etc Client coordinations, communications during activities, high severities Storage Migrations, Hardware refresh from OS perspective Managing User, FS, LV from OS perspective Aware of ITIL practices Experience on tools like ServiceNow or Remedy would be added advantage Linux/Unix server installation, configuration Linux/Unix Administration and Troubleshooting Good Knowledge of OS patching and Upgrades Knowledge of Server
      • Technical Experience : Willing to work 24/7 support in rotational shifts, ready to work on weekends also Managing maintaining OS flavors like CentOS/Ubuntu/RedHat and SUSE Servers Managing SAP HANA servers Managing Linux virtual machines that are configured in ESX environments Providing Level 2 supports to the customers Managing OS hardening Patching and OS upgrades on Linux VMs Exposure on NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP Knowledge on SAN or NAS environment Knowledge on RAID, LVM Knowledge on monitoring tools Eg: Nagios,
      • Professional Attributes : Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux administration
    • Educational Qualification : Graduate
