Job Description

    As a Professional Services Manager in Digital Document Services, you will spend every day defining, refining, and delivering DDS products/services to meet our clients document/ data/content needs. Demonstrating strategic thought leadership, as well as delivery of best practices, you will leverage your deep understanding of Professional Services capabilities and strong analytical acumen to make informed decisions that deliver to each of our businesss.     • Build client pipeline to grow revenue model by marketing Digital Document Services solutions to clients data/content challenges.
    • Execute assigned book of business, ensure successful project delivery.
    • Enable opportunities for new business/clients and expanding existing business/clients implementations with domain-specific services/solutions
    • Act as the cross-functional project lead, collaborate and oversee design, development, customization, integration, and implementation of new business process s & solutions including (not limited to) BAU process s, taxonomy, technology & engineering.
    • Identify process improvements within Digital Document Services processs and work with relevant stakeholders/SPOCS to champion and implement improvements/transformation.
    • Maintain Strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes.
    • Develop and leverage business knowledge across all LOB s and expertise to effectively partner/collaborate to integrate technology into clients business environment in order to achieve expected business results.
    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
    • Graduate or Post-Graduate with 10-12 years experience.
    • Minimum 3 - 4 years of Professional Services Operations /Process Improvement/Business transformation experience with strong understanding of Professional Services strategies and optimization levers.
    • Familiarity with a global banks process & operational environment including management and Business knowledge i.e., Investment Banking process and system knowledge.
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, people skills and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions for attaining firm s strategic goals
