Job Description

    Positions:- Regional Customer Marketing Manager (Female)Reporting to:- National Customer Marketing ManagerLocation:- Bangalore & will be the responsible for entire south KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:- 1. To identify, design and execute strategies to achieve regional targets fora. ECO b. Average lines per callc. New Outlet expansion d. Coveragee. ICON 2.To ensure AOP for region across channels is achieved by proactively identifying areas of development and share insights along with POA (Plan on action) 3.To lead and ensure smooth execution of various trade marketing initiatives in region. a.NPD Launch b.New initiatives / Special Drives 4.Gather, evaluate, and share insights from Market to help Trade marketinga.Improve Existing brands / SKUsb.Deliver better NPDs plans: Detailed competition benchmarking (brands, MRP, PTR, PTS, schemes, incentives, etc). 5.To ensure smooth execution of Trade activation and settlement activities including gift articles OPPORTUNITY - To work in a start-up environment, yet under mentorship of industry veterans- To grow at faster pace, close interaction with senior leadership- To contribute to launch of many products over a short span of time Education: - Masters in business administration or equivalent Experience: 5+ years work experience (post qualification) in FMCG/OTC manufacturing set-up of reputed firm Skills: - Candidate should have strong interpersonal skill- Knowledge of vendor base across channels in the region- Good communication skills- Business acumen across channels - Ownership and skill to work in conflict.,
