The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the complete home loan process, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing customer relationships while achieving loan disbursement targets.Key Responsibilities:
    • Understand customers home loan requirements through calls, meetings, field visits, and home visits.
    • Guide customers throughout the complete home loan journey, from application to loan disbursement.
    • Recommend suitable banks and loan products based on customer requirements.
    • Coordinate with banking partners to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
    • Resolve customer queries related to home loans, documentation, eligibility, interest rates, and CIBIL scores.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and internal sales teams.
    • Generate referrals and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
    • Achieve monthly loan disbursement and business targets.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
    • Be comfortable with fieldwork, including customer meetings and property site visits.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and banking processes.
    • Good understanding of loan documentation, eligibility criteria, and CIBIL assessment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • 24 years of experience in Home Loan Sales or Mortgage Sales.
    • Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions will be preferred.
    • Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about customer service.
