Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.Part of Core Networks Subscriber, Signaling & Policy Release management team, we are looking for passionate partner where you will be driving key strategic programs with various RD Teams/Units and partners. What you will learn and contribute to In this role, you will be responsible for:
• S/w Program planning from the early concept phase to final delivery.
• Planning key dependencies between various Nokia teams and partners is important for successful program execution
• Follow up program execution, steer the different teams , part of the program to achieve the program targets
• Communication and reporting on program status with key stakeholders.
• Identifies and manages cross product / Cross team interdependencies and risks. Has oversight and status of all sub projects comprised
• Effective co-ordination to ensure overall quality, integrity and coherence of the releases / programs
• Resolves issues., mitigates risks and manages scope changes and opportunities
• Anticipate/Monitor program risks (w.r.to content, quality, schedule) and setup corrective actions to mitigate as appropriate
• Builds, leads and facilitates teams to address quality issues.
• Supports end to end delivery management of all deliverables of the release
• Owns communication, scheduling, change management, risk mitigation, escalations, and all other areas of delivery
Specifically, candidates will need to demonstrate the following experience and qualifications.Essential Requirements:
• Strong SW project and program management skills of 12 Yrs of experience. Relevant expertise CN common tools of various project/ program management is required.
• Leadership skills and ability to enhance collaborative working environment
• Experienced in managing supplier partners
• Solid experience on team and people management
• Strong negotiations skills, combined with ability to sense and manage various situations
• Assertive in communication and experienced in communicating with senior leaders
• Pro-activity, problem solving capability and communication in multisite R&D environment
• Wireless/telecom understanding of one of subscriber / signalling / policy domain

• Expert Programmer with 9+ years using Go / Java / C++ and related Tools in Linux environment
• Good working knowledge in VOLTE/IMS, DRA, SCP, BSF, SEPP in 4G/5G core technologies
• Prior experience in interfacing with customers & customer teams in understanding their deployments and use cases in the areas of Performance, Serviceability
• Good working knowledge on Diameter/HTTP2 signalling domain, JSON, RestAPI, SCTP, TCP with core products e.g. Load Balancers, DRA, SLF, HSS, UDM, AUSF
• Good working experience in Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack and working with CSF Assets & Blueprints like BVNF/BCMT/BELK
• Experience with Cloud Native, Microservices, Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Envoy, Consul, Redis, gRPC and Open Source Integration
• Hands-on Experience in Software Development and Processes
• Willing to work in lean and extremely agile environment / start-up work culture to achieve stiff and challenging targets
• Team player with proven ability to work in diverse team environment
