Job Description Within the Services digital capability of the Schneider Digital Customer Relationship CoE, is recruiting a Salesforce Developer to be part of the global Services digital capability, responsible for the analysis and design of a Field Services solution on SFDC using ServiceMax managed package The business processes included in the scope of the Services capability are:
    • Evolutions on Field Service Application built on SFDC - Servicemax platform
    • Integration with ERPs like SAP & Oracle EBS
    • Integration through APIGEE & SAP-Pi middlewares
    • Building REST API to be consumed by Customer facing - Web Applications
    Your scope is part of the strategic Services business within Schneider Electric and is worldwide, and includes as key technologies Salesforce REST API, Lightning-LWC, Streaming Events, Flows etcYour responsibilities are:
    • Conduct requirement gathering and Analyze stories for requirements.
    • Work closely with architects on high level design, with sequence diagram, systems landscape, and swim lanes if necessary.
    • Participate to the business requirements analysis, specifications, build, user acceptance tests and hyper care phases.
    • Execute developments (configuration, development, integration) in SFDC
    • Engage with ERP & Middleware teams in End-to-End designs and play key role in defining Integration Architecture.
    • Monitor and Optimize Performance of LWC components, APIs & triggers
    Skills
    • 3-5years experience in SFDC
    • Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex and Lightning (aura & LWC) technologies. Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape.
    • Must have good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with Apex Class / Triggers / APIs, Lightning and LWC and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
    • Provide technical support for a highly complex solution, enabling users to perform critical functions
    • Collaborate with the product team to propose design or code improvements to address recurring incidents and service requests
    • Communicate with and manage clients and stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Lightning Component Development and Lightning Web Components
    • Good understanding of REST API - generate JSON format API output, Web Services (WSDL) and other Integration aspects are desirable.
    • Maintain developer documentation for the new API s to encourage adoption and best practices
    • Understanding & work experience in Integrating salesforce.com application with external applications.
    • Should have good work experience in Reports and Dashboards.

    • University or Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science
    • Proven successful experience of data solution in complex international environments
    • In-depth knowledge of Requirement gathering, Functional specifications and Design, Development and Testing techniques and tools
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities
    • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
    • Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively
    • Fluent English
    • Strong autonomy
