Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Full Stack Architect to lead our high-caliber multi-disciplinary engineering team in delivering complex highly scalable data-led technology projects (AI, Data Engineering- ETL , BigData , Cloud , BI ) aligned to our various businesses. You ll be the technical leader of a cross-functional team that s responsible for the full engineering and software development life cycle, from conception to deployment of AIOT products.If you re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we d like to meet you.Responsibilities:Responsible for the end-to-end engineering and rapid prototyping of next-gen products Concepts, Architecture, Design and Delivery built on digital technologiesWork with innovation leaders and product managers to understand their pain points and work with engineering team to address the same through the application of new technologies and leading the implementationDeliver technology advisory and solution consulting with a systems-thinking mindsetLead and mentor a team of 10-15 multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver full stack AIOT solutionsCo-create and collaborate to shape abstract new product / solution ideas to minimum viable products - Execute PoC, MVP and product-centric projects in a cloud native environmentArchitect scalable, robust and cost-effective end-to-end digital products / solutionsUse Systems-thinking approach to design solutions that includes hardware, software, embedded, cloud, web, data and IOT technology domainsDesign client-side and server-side architecture - microservices based cloud native application architecture (REST, SOA)Designing and developing enterprise-scale business services using APIsDevelop data architecture and design using both SQL and NoSQL database technologiesAdapting interface for modern applications using the latest front-end technologiesUse modern software development and DevOps practices such as CI / CD, Agile, Scrum, XP and Domain Driven DesignHave a research mind-set to investigate complex technical challenges and work towards building a strong portfolio of differentiating and reusable intellectual property assetsHandle diverse situations and changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitudeWork with data scientists and analysts to improve softwareDefine and establish architecture principles, guidelines, reference architectures, and design patterns especiallyPerform threat and risks assessments and refactor existing products and applicationsQualificationsExperience Requirements:12+ years of software architecture, design and development experience that includes front end, backend, database, IOT and cloud / web technologiesSkills / Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electronics Engineering6+ years of experience building and implementing web-scale production app / products on cloud platform (Azure)Hands-on full stack IOT solution / application development expertise with solid foundations in designing, and developing software web applicationsHands-on experience in at least one cloud platform (preferably Azure)Strong expertise of microservice based architecture and design patterns using REST / SOA Frameworks and APIsClear understanding of Non-Functional requirements of highly scalable web application and impact of design decisions on NFRs.Exposure to designing systems that included hardware, embedded software and related IOT technologies, network topologies, transport protocols etc.Proficiency in server-side languages like Java/Python/PHP/Ruby/NodeJS etc.Solid knowledge on JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, WASM, Edge devicesProficiency with front-end languages like JavaScript/Type Script, CSS3, HTML5Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and VarnishWorking knowledge of web service infrastructure such as DNS, load balancers, reverse proxies, CDNs, application Servers, and databasesSolid knowledge of service technologies like Redis, Queues, Kubernetes, Docker and SQLExperience in full stack frameworks using Java / Python / MEAN / MERN stack etc.Experience in TDD, Unit Testing, Integration testing and API testing.Experience in establishing DevSecOps and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)Good Knowledge on Cloud automation techniques like Terraform and Ansible,
