    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1-BluePrism application and integrate with Service Now and IPSoft/IPCenter /1 Desk through SOAP/REST API 2-He/She will have great exposure in identifying Automation Candidate and Perform Analysis with SME, Design and development of automation solution, Testing and Deployment 3-Proven experience in migrating automation workloads from tool to another4-Identify automation Candidates are logged in Service Now as Demand Request 5-Complete analysis of the process to automate and determine their ROI
        • Technical Experience : 1-Coordinate with Service Now team if the process to automate involves SN integration 2-Analyse, develop and collaborate with SME to design the automations 3-Analyst works with the SMEs subject matter expert to produce artifacts such as SOP Process Flow Chart, LOE Level of Effort, KBA Knowledge Based Article,UAT Test Cases and User Stories 4-Builds inbound and outbound system integrations, process automation and orchestration 5-Performs requirement analysis and unit testing in close coordination
        • Professional Attributes : 1-Professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills 2-Must be a strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment 3-Communication skill 4- support to24/7
        • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
