Job Description

    Job DescriptionCutover Manager JDWe are currently seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to oversee the planning and execution of the cutover process for our upcoming SAP implementation. As the Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of various teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure a smooth transition from our old system to the new SAP system.Key Responsibilities:
    • Create a detailed cutover plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resources needed for a successful cutover
    • Plan & coordinate Dark phase activiies
    • Monitor the progress of the cutover and troubleshoot any issues that arise
    • Coordinate with various teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP system
    • Ensure the new SAP system is fully functional and meets the needs of the business before going live
    • Identify and mitigate any risks associated with the cutover process
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of the cutover
