Job Description

    Work with project managers, business stakeholders, architects and other development team members to gather requirements Create documentation in support of development work. Documents may include Functional specifications, Configuration specifications, Workflow diagrams, Installation qualifications, Traceability matrix. Coordinate with product vendors in getting the required assistance Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions Actively participate in all the project related meetings and planning activities. Perform configuration in TrackWise modules like Team Access, Web Admin, Coordinator, Migrator (Designing workflows, Admin queries, Dynamic queries, Admin triggers, Notifications, PR/Selection Import utilities) Create or update Crystal reports as per business requirements. Installation and configuration of TrackWise components & performing TrackWise version upgrades and Migration Development and implementation of TrackWise interfaces using Web services. Responding to support calls for production environment in order to make quick repair to keep application in production. Execution of the process configurations and comply with process and data standards Provide solutions for the integration of other external system for upstream and downstream Investigate Problem and incidents related to applications and ensures appropriate action by providing enhancement services and documentation Train and coach the team, as required. Primary skills:Life Sciences->Trackwise Education / Experience: 5-8 years relevant work experience in TrackWise application (preferably TrackWise version 8.x and above/TrackWise Digital) including Web services configuration and support. Good technical knowledge in SQL, TrackWise DB structure and Crystal reports design Familiar with Business processes like Complaint, Deviation, Audit, CAPA etc. Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Change and Problem Management. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, additional languages would be a plus. GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Life sciences domain knowledge,
