Responsible for attending and resolving customer complaints in most efficient manner.Responsible to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly Annual Maintenance Contracttargets set by the company.Responsible for all outstanding payment and statutory form collections from customersrelated to Annual Maintenance Contract.Report daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly service activities to the manager.To submit the day end, weekend & month end reports to the management in timelymanner which should reflect the current sales/ service situation vis-a- vis sales plan, shortfallif any, corrective action plan to make up the short fall, future projection, majorachievements, lost opportunities etc,
